I come from a family of Real Estate Service providers, educators and entrepreneurs . My first career choice was the US military where I formalized my skills in technology and leadership. I then went on to work with the US Department of State at the US mission to the United Nations. Always having a deep affinity for the family business. I left the stability of governmental work and started a field service company that specialized in the preservation maintenance and repair of bank owned property. At the height of my companies peak performance in 2008. I managed 30+ plus field service technicians conducting over 110,000 field inspections, estimates to repair and insurance loss inspections. As my company grew it begin to consume more time then I was happy from family. So I made the conscious decision to scale down, with the knowledge that "less sometimes is more. All of this real world experience translates into how I do business as a real estate professional. When I take on a Seller and list their home for sale. My goal is to win maximum value or higher. I'm a hardnosed negotiator and a strategic marketer. Who doesn't take pleasure in mediocre performance. The same applies to my efforts buyside. That being said I smile very often and laugh even more because I absolutely love my career.
